About Us

We are a family-owned law firm. Because we are run as a family we do our best to treat every client like family.

In 1918, Carl Fredricksen founded the firm after graduating from law school. After a few years his son joined the firm and after that, his granddaughter.

With over 100 years of experience and law expertise, we are ready and willing to help you with any questions you may have.

As attorneys, our goal is to stand up for what we feel is right and help provide justice wherever we can. We are advocates for the underdog and we fight hard to give a voice to those without one.

Happiness, Family, Honesty

We believe that happiness is the most important aspect of our business. We feel that a happy client or employee is one that will make a difference. That's why we treat everyone who comes through our doors like family. We are a family owned and operated business so family is very important to us. We support our employee's families and those of our clients through our community involvement. We are also firm believers in honesty. We will always be as straightforward with you as we can. We know that some lawyers are mostly in this business for this money but we're in it for you and to make a difference. You are our first priority so you can expect complete honesty with E.L. Fredricksen Law from start to finish.

Community Service

We know the role that community plays in someone's life can have a big impact. That's why we do our best to be involved in the community and give back where we can.

Each year our firm hosts and volunteers in a number of ways to give back to the communities we serve.

  • We run a toys-for-tots drive every holiday season
  • We donate to local schools and contribute to area fundraisers
  • Our founder and his family volunteer at the food bank every Thanksgiving. Louise keeps this tradition going.
  • Run blood drives in the fall and spring

We have contributed to the following organizations:

  • Children's Miracle Network
  • Feeding America
  • The Alzheimer's Association
  • Scholarship America
  • To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA)
  • Cancer Research Institute
  • Government Accountability Project (GAP)
